Remote Fill Propane Tank & Manual Off/On Valve

I have a 2017 Reign (rear bath) with a remote propane fill compartment. In addition to the fill valve, there is an emergency off/on switch. There is no manually operated valve to turn propane off and on.Gas-driven appliances don't operate, so I assume somewhere there has to be a valve to turn the propane on, but I cannot find it.

Did you look at the owners manual for your coach found here:

Look for your tank and make sure it’s turned on (see picture)

What is the life of the tank ? I know that a lot of 20 and 30lb are 10 years. I am looking at buying a 99 model unit.
